1. Features

This instrument is indicated for use in endoscopic resection for early gastric cancer, topical injection of sclerosants for esophago-gastric varices sphincterotomy, and hemostasis for bleeding gastroduodenal ulcers.
Difference with Endo FK, in that there is advantage fear of perforation for the first time user of our products can removed with the alteration of needle knife of core knob to snare knife and possible to operated in large tissue upon at once.

3. How to use

1. Insert the tube of the instrument into an endoscopy instrument.
   
2. After operating the angle of endoscopy instrument to the operation area, make marking with the Core Knob as looking at the operation area.
   
3. When you inflate the operation area for making it easier with the incision, inject saline into the drug inlet. (Inject saline solution into the drug inlet with a regular syringe. At this time, use the Fork Knob after pulling out the Core Knob.)
   
4. Use the Core Knob or the Fork Knob depends on which area to incise and dissect

4. Intended purpose

This medical instrument is possible to inject drug, incise and dissect at the same time during Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection (ESD).

5. Warning for medical treatment

1. Prior to operating this instrument, this manual must be read and under- stood for the right use and safety in the capacity of trained person.
   
2. The product is supplied cleaning and E.O Gas sterilized.
   
3. This disposable instrument can not be used after re-sterilized.
   
4. The expired-sterilized instrument or the damaged package cannot be used.
   
5. If patient conditions, a medical examination prior to surgery and treatment plans are wrong, this instrument cannot be used.
   
6. Contact to official warranty service centers if the instrument is wrong before use.

6. Caution for safety-keeping when not in use

1. Do not alter the instrument.
   
2. Do not keep the instrument to either extreme moisture or humidity.
   
3. Do not keep the instrument to be bad ventilated or extreme dust.
   
4. Do not expose the instrument to either direct sunlight or in the saline air.
   
5. Do not keep the instrument in a place for storing chemicals or where gas is produced.
